Our insurance advisory services span from strategic planning, ESG integration and regulatory application to modular insurance transformations, operational efficiency, commercial due diligence and post-deal value creation engagements amongst others. Due to the continued growth of our practice and consistently high demand for management consulting services in the insurance industry, we are now recruiting Management Consultants (Experienced Associates, Senior Associates) for our Insurance Consulting team in Athens.

• Identifying client issues, building hypotheses and working as part of the team to execute analysis  

• Interacting effectively with clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs through rigorous research and timely respond to queries  

• Translating data and qualitative input into relevant and meaningful client insights 

• Being able to strategise whilst ensuring the delivery of actionable solutions to clients and managing the implementation 

• Communicating recommendations in an impactful fashion to clients’ key decision makers along with other team members 

• Delivering various management consulting projects across the value chain for the financial services industry with primary focus on Greek and International insurance firms  

• Supporting the team by crafting powerful strategies and embedding them in operating models and roadmaps, delivering transformation engagements incl. ESG strategies and alignment with regulatory compliance requirements, being involved in M&A / transactions projects and implementations that spark growth 

• Driving the change management agenda for our clients

• Bachelor's or master's degree from a renowned university in Finance & Economics, Business Administration, (Business) Engineering or relevant discipline 

• MBA from a top-tier business school would be preferred 

• 2+ years of proven experience in a management/strategy consulting firm advising clients or in a strategy and/or business development role within the financial services ecosystem (insurance, banking, servicers, private equity, etc.)  

• A strong track record of working autonomously, taking ownership of deliverables, and proactively driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision 

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organizational levels 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English 

• Experience of producing state-of-the-art presentations and high-caliber reports 

• Demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills  

• Ability to conceptualize and think strategically while maintain a strong execution discipline 

• Commercial awareness, including the understanding of wider business issues 

• Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

• Passion to work in multidisciplinary teams and projects 

• Creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to challenge the status quo 

• Commitment to providing excellent quality work and establishing trusted client relationships
