Due to the continued growth, we are looking for Senior Associates located in Athens. 

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team:

• As a member of this team, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to unravel complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 
• Actively contribute to large-scale public sector transformation projects in several areas related to policy making and public administration reforms 
• Co-shape the desired business, operating and organizational target state, through understanding current and best practices, identifying pain points and improvement opportunities 
• Handle, manipulate and analyze data and information responsibly 
• Participate and provide support in an extensive and diverse portfolio of client-facing engagements and initiatives, contributing to the preparation of proposals, project deliverables, reports and presentations. 
• Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise 
• Share and collaborate effectively with others, both inside PwC and with client teams 
• Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner – verbally and in the materials produced 

What we are looking for:

• A degree in Economics, Business, International Affairs, Social Sciences, Science, Technology or Engineering 
• A MBA or a Master’s degree will be considered a plus 
• Two (2) + years of work experience in consulting firm / business unit / government/international organization 
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills 
• Critical mindset 
• Curiosity with an eagerness to learn 
• Ownership and result-oriented mindset 
• Flexibility - agility 
• Active listening and communication 
• Teamwork and collaborative spirit 
• Aptitude (and/or willingness to develop it) in managing complexity and uncertainty 
• Project management experience will be considered a plus 
• Stakeholder management experience will be considered a plus 
• Good working knowledge (writing and verbal) of Greek and English language 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications
