We’re looking for Interns to join our high-performing Insurance Operations Consulting team. You’ll work on high-impact projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and tackle real business challenges—all while learning, growing, and redefining what’s possible.

• Be part of a team shaping the future of the insurance industry in Greece.  

• Gain exposure to a variety of high-profile projects that combine Finance, Business Administration, Actuarial and Legal principles.  

• Develop your skills in strategic analysis, consulting methodologies and project management.  

• Collaborate with PwC professionals across global and multidisciplinary teams.  

• Work in a dynamic and motivating environment with opportunities for growth.  

• Cooperate with PwC teams from all lines of services, such as audit, tax, and other consulting practices.

We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team: 

• Undergraduate BSc/BA or MSc/MA student in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Humanitarian Studies or other related fields.  

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) or similar. Knowledge of Data Analytics and Power BI will be considered an asset.  

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with great attention to detail.  

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.  

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results.  

• A team-player mindset with high emotional intelligence and the ability to collaborate effectively.  

• Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.  

• A proactive approach with a desire to go beyond the obvious and take ownership.  

When & Where  

Duration of Program: 3-6 months aiming at a permanent renewal upon completion and based on performance & internal needs.  

Location: You may be based in our premises in Athens.
