We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our Outsourcing department in Athens. The successful candidate will initially focus on recruitment tasks and gradually transition into broader HR generalist responsibilities. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage the full recruitment cycle and support various HR administrative functions to ensure a seamless employee experience.
Please note that the working model for this position is on-site (either PwC’s or Client’s premises).

- Handle the administration of the employee's lifecycle, (e.g. hiring, exit etc.).
- Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
- Administer Compensation & Benefits plans, including data management and compliance monitoring.
- Gather and analyze data using HR metrics, preparing detailed and actionable reports.
- Conduct reviews of employment conditions to ensure alignment with legal compliance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address process improvement opportunities within HR operations.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle on behalf of clients, including sourcing, screening, updating candidate tracking systems (ATS) and interviewing candidates using a broad range of selection tools and methods, while ensuring that all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and industry standards.
- Provide strategic recruitment advice to clients, ensuring their talent acquisition processes align with market trends and company objectives.
- Proactively source candidates through multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.), using innovative sourcing techniques to attract active and passive candidates.
- Present the shortlisted candidates to the clients and provide comprehensive reports for each candidate, detailing their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit based on the evaluation process.
- Provide an exceptional experience to all candidates by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall experience.
- Ensuring all hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner.

- BSc in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field.
- One to three (1-3) years of professional experience as a HR Generalist, HR Administrative or in relevant role (relevant work experience is a prerequisite for this role).
- Experience with HRMS systems; knowledge of multiple platforms is a strong asset.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills (both in English & in Greek).
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships, fostering trust and collaboration.
- High levels of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A strong sense of responsibility and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and development.
- Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
