About the job
We are a team that turns complexity into opportunity. We look for those who anticipate shifts before they happen, challenge how things are done, and bring the experience to create real change.
SHAPING TOMORROW
Make a real impact, today, and tomorrow, through work that matters. Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.
Make a real impact
Regulation has moved from a mere compliance check exercise into the operating model, shaping how products are designed, how transactions are approved, and how executives are held accountable. We sit at that intersection, helping organisations translate regulation into operating reality through governance frameworks, compliance operating models, regulatory impact assessments, and financial crime and conduct programmes with practical, value-adding solutions.
We are expanding our Governance and Compliance capability, and we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit (GRC & IA) team, with a primary focus on Governance & Compliance Advisory.
You will work on the engagements that shape how organisations set up and operate their compliance systems:
Design governance from the ground up: Corporate Governance Frameworks, Board and Committee charters, Three Lines Model implementation, policy frameworks, fit-and-proper and succession planning.
Design compliance systems: compliance frameworks and operating models, compliance risk assessments, regulatory universe mapping, and heatmaps that leadership actually uses.
Interpret regulation into action: regulatory impact assessments, gap analyses, health check reviews, and remediation roadmaps that translate legal text into operational reality.
Tackle financial crime and conduct: enterprise-wide risk assessments, KYC and CDD standards, sanctions and transaction monitoring frameworks — the work that sits at the intersection of ethics, regulation, and technology.
Work on broader projects relating to regulatory change, remediation and implementation of control enhancements, through the review, drafting and enhancement of policies and procedures and governance frameworks.
Take ownership of workstreams within engagements, planning timelines, tracking progress, and coordinating with Managers on delivery risks and solutions.
Prepare high-quality client deliverables ensuring accuracy, clarity, and commercial impact.
Contribute to business development through research, proposal support, thought leadership, and internal solution playbooks.
What you bring matters
We are seeking candidates with a strong compliance and governance foundation, combined with the ability to work effectively across projects, teams and client environments:
3–5 years of experience in compliance, regulatory advisory, governance, or compliance-oriented internal audit — from a Big 4, a consultancy, an in-house compliance or legal function, or a regulator
Demonstrate commercial awareness and understand how regulation, governance, and compliance connect to the wider business context in which your clients operate
Can translate regulatory and governance requirements into clear, practical and business-relevant solutions
Are comfortable in navigating complex and evolving regulatory environments

What we offer goes beyond a competitive package. It’s about creating the conditions for you to learn, belong, and deliver impact. That means:
