Due to the continuous growth of our team we are looking for Finance Consultants to join our firm in Athens.

• Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions

• Support the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and project deliverables

• Learn how digital technologies are reshaping the CFO agenda and help clients modernize their finance operations

• Gain exposure to key finance processes such as budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring

• Collaborate with experienced consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution

• 0 - 3 years of working experience in finance functions including financial analysis, financial reporting and management reporting

• Familiarity with reporting standards (e.g. IFRS), and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycle 

• Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies, financial statements or management accounts preparation 

• Exposure to finance systems or tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Consolidation/Reporting Platforms) will be considered an asset 

• A bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field 

• Experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a system will be highly regarded

• A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed is a plus 

• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills 

• Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form

• A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, working in diverse teams, and continuously learning 

• Fulfilled military obligations for male candidates
