Due to the continuous growth of our team we are looking for Finance Consultants to join our firm in Athens.

Contribute to fast-paced, client-facing projects that transform finance functions
Support the preparation of proposals, reports, presentations, and project deliverables
Learn how digital technologies are reshaping the CFO agenda and help clients modernize their finance operations
Gain exposure to key finance processes such as budgeting, reporting, and performance monitoring
Collaborate with experienced consultants to solve real business challenges — from strategy to execution
Participate in client meetings and discussions, gradually building your confidence and communication skills
Work in a team-oriented environment and benefit from coaching and mentoring by senior colleagues
Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone

We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:
0 - 3 years of working experience in finance functions including financial analysis, financial reporting and management reporting
Familiarity with reporting standards (e.g. IFRS), and the relevant accounting and consolidation cycle
Exposure in redesign of account hierarchies, financial statements or management accounts preparation
Exposure to finance systems or tools (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Consolidation/Reporting Platforms) will be considered an asset
A bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a related field
Experience in documentation of business requirements and processes in relation to the implementation of a system will be highly regarded
A relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA) in progress or completed is a plus
Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English, with the ability to clearly convey complex information in written and verbal form
A confident, positive attitude and a passion for delivering high-quality work, building strong relationships, working in diverse teams, and continuously learning
