What you'll do
- Conduct climate risk assessments covering physical and transition risks using scenario analysis aligned with TCFD
- Support sustainability-related disclosures ensuring compliance with CSRD
- Assist clients with EU Taxonomy eligibility and alignment assessments and related CSRD reporting
- Perform GHG inventory calculations aligned with GHG Protocol and ISO standards and conduct LCA modeling
- Support development of climate strategies, transition plans, and science-based targets using recognized frameworks
- Identify carbon footprint reduction opportunities and contribute to carbon offset design
- Support nature-related risk and opportunity assessments per TNFD and integrate findings into strategy and reporting
- Research and interpret climate policies and regulatory developments for client strategies
- Leverage sustainability data platforms and digital tools to improve client deliverables
- Facilitate client workshops and training on climate risk, decarbonization, and sustainability reporting
- Contribute to proposals, presentations, and thought leadership on climate trends and regulations
- Oversee project monitoring, coordination, and stakeholder communication ensuring timely and quality delivery
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Climate risk assessments and scenario analysis skills
- Sustainability reporting expertise including CSRD and ESRS compliance
- GHG Protocol (Scopes 1, 2, 3) and ISO 14064/14067 knowledge
- EU Taxonomy Regulation and TCFD framework understanding
- Decarbonization program design and science-based targets initiatives (SBTi) experience
- TNFD nature-related risk assessments capability
- Data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficiency
- Stakeholder communication and report writing skills
- Engineering / Environmental Science / Financepreferred
