We’re looking for an experienced professional to join our high-performing Payroll Outsourcing team in Thessaloniki.

The Payroll and Benefits team at PwC Greece specializes in delivering comprehensive payroll and HR solutions to clients, ensuring compliance with current legislation and efficient management of employee compensation and benefits. Our services include, but are not limited to, monthly payroll processing, benefits administration, payroll compliance, and HR management system services. Leveraging advanced technologies and a dedicated team of professionals, we provide tailored solutions that address the unique needs of each organization, while offering a wide range of additional services to ensure seamless payroll operations and effective human resource management.

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.

  • Manage the full payroll cycle for multiple clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

  • Ensure compliance with Labor law, social security and tax regulations.

  • Address and resolve payroll-related inquiries and issues from clients.

  • Manage public authorities’ responsibilities and filings for the clients (Ergani (YEKA) platform, Sepenet, EFKA, Taxisnet etc.).

  • Prepare complex reports and other deliverables for our clients.

  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and data.

  • Stay up to date with important matters and changes pertaining to Labor Law matters, payroll, taxes etc.

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless payroll operations.

  • Participate in internal committees to assist enhancement of operational mode.

  • Assist in preparation of the annual budget.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.
We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:

  • At least one to two (1-2) years of professional experience in payroll processing or in a relevant role.

  • BSc in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources or relevant field.

  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.

  • Exceptional business writing and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).

  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g., SCAN) will be highly regarded.

  • Familiarity with the ERGANI information system will be considered as an asset.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is needed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

  • Military services fulfilled for male candidates.

BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.
We have created a circle of connection standing by each other, through every challenge and every win. What’s in for you:

  • Hybrid working model and a competitive compensation package.

  • Access to challenging projects that broaden your expertise and leadership profile.

  • A collaborative environment that values mentorship, diverse teams, and inclusive success.

  •  Career acceleration through tailored learning programmes, local and international mobility options, and senior leadership exposure.

  • Well-being initiatives, additional leave days, and a supportive ecosystem designed to help you grow professionally and personally.

We’re not for those who:

  • Overlook the details.

  • Shy away from responsibility.

  • Operate alone rather than leading teams.

For those who Make it Happen. Not for everyone.
