What you'll do
- Assist in preparing fairness opinion reports for M&A transactions
- Assist in preparing valuation reports for transactions, financial reporting, regulatory, and tax purposes
- Assist in creating and reviewing financial models
- Drive project teams and manage junior members for timely delivery of assignments
- Facilitate internal and external team and client meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Financial modeling and valuation methods for corporates
- Knowledge of accounting and reporting standards (IFRS, Greek GAAP)
- Financial and business analytical skills
- Preparation of fairness opinion reports and valuation reports
- Project team leadership and facilitating internal and external meetings
- Communication skills in English and Greek, building client relationships, teamwork, self-motivation, and handling tight deadlines
- Accounting and Finance / Economics / Engineering / Business Administrationpreferred
