About the job

Due to the continued growth of the Workforce Transformation team, we are looking for Change Management Professionals (Senior Associate to Senior Manager level). 

 

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team 

  • Apply a structured methodology and lead change management activities: Leverage change management methodologies, processes, and tools to create strategies that support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative. 
  • Support communication efforts: Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications. 
  • Assess the change impact: Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.  
  • Support training efforts: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.  
  • Complete change management assessments: Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics. 
  • Identify and manage resistance: Develop plans and efforts to anticipate and minimize resistant behaviors from employees and stakeholders.  
  • Lead and coordinate change management activities:Guide individuals and teams through the change process by articulating a clear vision, inspiring and motivating employees, and creating a sense of ownership and accountability. 
  • Monitor and assess the impact of change on employees:Provide expert advice on handling change within the organization.Coach and mentor staff: Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they help their teams through transitions.

What we are looking for 

  • Excellent academic records from a top-tier university with background in Business Management, Technology, Economics, Engineering, Social Sciences or any other related field.  
  • An MBA or a master’s degree in a relevant area of focus is not required but will be considered an asset 
  • Communication skills that allow you to confidently convey and explain complex information, orally and written, in both Greek and in English 
  • Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines, while maintaining the high quality of deliverables expected by PwC 
  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on building relationships and working in diverse teams
