A career in our Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Operational Resilience Consulting Services in PwC Greece will provide you with the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of how organizations prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptive events. You will work with major companies, helping them protect critical operations, safeguard people, and ensure business resilience in an increasingly complex and uncertain environment.

As part of our team, you will collaborate with clients to understand their critical business processes, dependencies, and risk exposures, and support them in designing pragmatic and sustainable Business Continuity Management (BCM) and Operational Resilience solutions. You will contribute to strengthening organizational preparedness by aligning continuity strategies with business objectives, regulatory expectations, and leading international standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Identifying critical business services, processes, and resources, and assessing the impact of potential disruptions

  • Performing Business Continuity Risk Assessment for organizations

  • Designing, reviewing, and enhancing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and Crisis Management Frameworks

  • Develop resilience strategy to align with the regulatory framework for Critical Entities

  • Supporting organizations in embedding resilience into their operating models and decision‑making processes   

  • Performing business continuity risk assessments to identify the risks that could affect organizations’ normal operations

  • Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) to identify organizations’ critical activities, recovery priorities, and dependencies

  • Assessing organizational preparedness against recognized standards (e.g. ISO 22301 or equivalent good practices) and recommending practical improvement actions

  • Supporting the development of Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Frameworks and validating their effectiveness through structured tabletop exercises and scenario‑based simulations

  • Evaluating the effectiveness of continuity arrangements, including people, processes, technology, and third‑party dependencies

  • Analyzing operational and process data to support resilience decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives

What you bring matters:

  • Strong academic record including a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree from a Greek or foreign top-tier university in mechanic engineering, chemical engineering, business administration, risk management, or a related discipline or related discipline.

  • 0 - 2  years of relevant experience.

  • Basic understanding of Business Continuity Management, operational risk, crisis management, or related resilience concepts

  • A confident and positive attitude, focused on teamwork and communication with colleagues and clients at all levels.  

  • Ability to work well as part of a multi-functional team with a flexible and team-focused style.  

  • Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek).  

  • Excellent computer skills, proficient use of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).  

  • Ability to synthesize multiple and disparate sources of information into a coherent and compelling point of view.  

  • Ability to be agile in changing circumstances both internally and externally.   

  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams and engage constructively with clients at all levels

  • A proactive, positive attitude with strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills

  • Military obligations fulfilled (where applicable)
