Currently, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant in Athens. 

The Administrative Assistant in Finance Transformation team, Consulting is a key support role responsible for providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operation. This position requires a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent communication skills, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, and a commitment to supporting the executives in achieving organizational objectives.  

Examples of tasks you will work on as part of the team: 

  • Manage calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings while ensuring optimal use of time and resources 
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communication.  Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up. 
  • Draft, edit, and proofread emails, agreements, reports, and other correspondence. 
  • Organize travel arrangements, accommodations and itineraries for business trips and team’s events.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and documentation. 
  • Organize and maintain records and confidential documents, ensuring easy access and retrieval. 
  • Prioritize tasks and proactively manage the workload to ensure deadlines are met. 
  • Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to enhance team productivity.
  • Handle Timesheets and expense reports.
  • Support the Partner directly. Assisting with both professional and administrative tasks. 

  

What we are looking for: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or other related field preferred. 
  • Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant, preferably in a corporate setting. 
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills both in Greek and English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 
  • Military services fulfilled.
