What you'll do
- Lead AI use case discovery and opportunity assessments through structured analysis and executive workshops
- Build compelling business cases for AI investments including ROI models and payback calculations
- Bring industry context to engagements by translating sector challenges and regulatory environments into AI opportunity maps
- Design and facilitate executive workshops on AI ideation, use case prioritization, and strategic alignment
- Develop AI prioritization frameworks considering business impact, technical feasibility, data readiness, and risk
- Enrich AI roadmaps with business rationale, expected outcomes, and success metrics
- Add competitive benchmarks, industry trends, and value potential to cross-functional AI requests
- Maintain AI Use Case Library by industry and support business development with value-led narratives
Key requirements
- 6+ years' experience
- Building business cases and financial modeling for technology investments
- Management consulting and project leadership skills
- AI capabilities conceptual understanding including LLMs, predictive models, and intelligent automation
- Executive workshop facilitation and communication with C-level stakeholders
- Industry expertise in financial services, energy & utilities, shipping & maritime, or public sector relevant to Greek market
- Analytical skills, hypothesis-driven thinking, strategic alignment, risk assessment, and data readiness assessment
- English fluency
- Business / Economics / Engineering / Related Fieldpreferred
