In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a Manager to join our AI Strategy practice as our AI Value and Industry Strategy Lead. This role bridges AI capabilities and tangible business outcomes- you will ensure that every AI initiative we advise on is grounded in measurable value, connected to industry-specific dynamics, and aligned with our clients’ strategic priorities. Whether we are shaping a cross-functional AI proposition or delivering an AI roadmap, you bring the “why it matters” and “what it’s worth” to every conversation. 

AI only matters when it creates business value. This role ensures our clients invest in AI that transforms their P&L, not just their technology stack. 

• Lead AI use case discovery and opportunity assessments: identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI applications across client value chains through structured analysis and executive workshops. 

• Build compelling business cases for AI investments: ROI models, value trees, total cost of ownership, and payback calculations that speak the language of CFOs and boards. 

• Bring industry context to every engagement -translating sector-specific challenges, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environments into AI opportunity maps. 

• Design and facilitate executive workshops: AI ideation, use case prioritization, and strategic alignment with C-level stakeholders. 

• Develop AI prioritization frameworks combining business impact, technical feasibility, data readiness, and risk. 

• Enrich AI roadmaps with a value layer- ensuring each initiative has a clear business rationale, expected outcome, and success metrics. 

• For cross-functional AI requests, add the “so what”: competitive benchmarks, industry trends, and value potential. 

• Maintain the practice’s AI Use Case Library by industry, develop industry-specific thought leadership, and support business development with value-led narratives that differentiate PwC’s AI advisory from competitors. 

What you bring matters 

• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 

• 6–9 years in management consulting (strategy, operations, or digital transformation), corporate strategy, or business advisory. 

• Strong track record building business cases, financial models, and investment justifications for technology or transformation initiatives. 

• Deep expertise in at least one industry highly relevant to the Greek market: financial services (banking, insurance, payments), energy & utilities, shipping & maritime, or public sector. 

• Experience facilitating executive workshops and design-thinking sessions with senior stakeholders. 

• Conceptual fluency with AI capabilities- you know what LLMs, predictive models, computer vision, and intelligent automation can and cannot do. 

• Confident C-level presence; strong analytical skills, structured problem solving, and hypothesis-driven thinking. 

• Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred.
