About the job
We’re a team that transforms vision into tech-enabled reality. We look for those who see technology not just as tools or platforms, but as the invisible infrastructure behind strategy, performance, and growth. We transform bold ideas into scalable, secure, and human-centered solutions. Our AI Strategy practice is PwC Greece’s dedicated centre of excellence for AI advisory, with a dual mandate: serving as the cross-functional AI hub that helps every PwC department deliver AI-powered solutions to clients, and operating as an independent service line providing end-to-end AI strategy, governance, and compliance services.
SHAPING TOMORROW
Make a real impact, today, and tomorrow, through work that matters. Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.
Make a real impact
In this dynamic environment, we are looking for a Senior Associate to join our AI Strategy practice as an AI Strategy Analyst. This is a high-exposure role for a driven professional who wants to be at the centre of AI advisory- contributing to everything from cross-functional propositions to end-to-end strategy engagements. You will be a core member of the practice’s execution engine, producing high-quality deliverables, conducting research and analysis, and supporting managers and senior leaders across all service lines.
This role offers unusual breadth: in any given week you might be researching AI applications for shipping, building a proposal deck for a banking client, or supporting a governance framework for an energy company.
Produce high-quality client deliverables- presentations, reports, frameworks, and strategic analyses that meet PwC’s quality standards.
Support cross-functional AI proposals: research solutions, prepare decks, build one-pagers, and compile supporting materials under the direction of the AI Solution Architect.
Conduct AI-related research and analysis: market trends, vendor comparisons, technology benchmarks, industry best practices, and competitive landscapes.
Execute AI maturity assessments: design questionnaires, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze results, and produce scoring reports.
Support gap analyses and AI roadmap development: data collection, current-state mapping, gap identification, recommendation development, timeline creation, and dependency mapping.
Prepare AI governance documentation drafts under manager guidance: policy templates, process descriptions, and compliance checklists.
Build and maintain knowledge assets- AI use case databases, vendor evaluation matrices, assessment templates, and reusable frameworks.
Support business development through prospect research and meeting preparation, contribute to thought leadership, and help develop Associates on deliverable quality and research methodology.
What you bring matters
Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Digital Innovation, AI, or a related field.
2–4 years of professional experience in consulting (Big 4 or boutique), technology advisory, analytics, or a relevant corporate role.
Excellent structured thinking — able to organize complex, ambiguous information into clear, logical narratives.
Outstanding deliverable craft (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) with strong attention to detail.
Strong research capability — synthesizing information from multiple sources into actionable insight.
AI literacy: solid grasp of AI/ML concepts (you can explain what an LLM does, how a recommendation engine works, what MLOps means — without needing to build one).
Self-starter who can manage a brief, balance multiple workstreams, and deliver with minimal supervision.
Fluent in English; Greek strongly preferred.
