What you'll do

  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and design AI-infused solutions
  • Lead the architecture and delivery of end-to-end AI systems including ML models, LLM-based components, APIs, and cloud deployments
  • Drive technical decision-making and act as primary engineering advisor
  • Guide AI engineering team to improve DevOps skills and ensure best practices in SDLC
  • Implement high-quality, scalable, maintainable production-grade code using modern engineering practices
  • Integrate AI components with enterprise applications, data sources, and third-party systems
  • Ensure adherence to DevOps/MLOps best practices including CI/CD, observability, and testing
  • Stay ahead of trends in ML, GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, Agentic Workflows, software engineering, and cloud platforms
  • Introduce new tools, frameworks, and patterns to elevate AI delivery capabilities
  • Guide internal teams and clients on AI adoption, feasibility, risks, and strategy
  • Support business development by contributing to proposals, solution blueprints, and presentations
  • Identify new opportunities where analytics and AI can unlock client value
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the broader engineering community
  • Lead knowledge-sharing initiatives and support capability building across the firm

Key requirements

  • 6+ years' experience
  • Expertise in Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and ML Frameworks
  • Strong programming skills in Python, .NET, or Java
  • Experience with GenAI Tooling such as Langchain or similar
  • Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native system architecture
  • Familiarity with Cloud Platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Skills in SQL, Data Engineering, and Apache Spark
  • Excellent Communication Skills to explain complex concepts
  • Experience in Software Engineering and production-grade code development
  • Computer Science / Electrical and Computer Engineering / related field / anypreferred
