What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth operation of the cashier, warehouse, and wider store activities in collaboration with the Store Manager.
- Supervise daily store activities, achieve company targets, and lead your team effectively.
- Ensure daily activities comply with the company’s operational standards and policies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and supporting sales and profitability.
- Oversee and manage personnel matters.
- Coordinate with head office to complete back-office projects supporting the store’s operational needs.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Retail operations, Cashier department operations & Warehouse operations
- Microsoft Office & ERP systems
- Team management & Emergency management
- Target achievement & Working under pressure
- Customer service, Communication & Negotiation
- English language
- Higher or Tertiary Education
