What you'll do
- Lead the design, implementation, and execution of automated test frameworks for the web platform
- Define and drive QA automation strategy across UI and REST layers
- Design and maintain Grafana dashboards for automation metrics, coverage, and trends
- Maintain, scale, and continuously improve automated test infrastructure
- Mentor junior QA automation engineers and promote technical best practices
- Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams on high-quality releases
- Review and approve test plans and test cases
- Ensure regression coverage and coordinate regression testing for defects and releases
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report quality metrics
- Identify testing gaps and propose new testing methods, tools, and frameworks
- Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing
- Track, prioritize, and resolve defects with development teams
- Improve test coverage, reliability, and execution performance
- Support release planning and quality-focused risk assessment
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- QA automation, Selenium, RestAssured, and test automation framework design
- CI/CD integration and Jenkins
- Git and Jira
- REST API testing and Postman
- SQL, MongoDB, and InfluxDB
- Grafana and regression testing
- Computer Science / Software Engineering / Any Field
