What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of your department and direct your team effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability
- Maintain and promote the company identity through the department’s appearance, presentation, values and culture
- Help optimize the company’s competitive commercial advantage by proposing solutions to strengthen its market position
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management and emergency management
- Technology product knowledge and retail sales experience
- Customer service and communication skills
- Goal achievement
- Microsoft Office and ERP, including SAP or Navision
- English language and negotiation skills
- Higher Education
