What you'll do
- Oversee daily department activities and guide the team to achieve company goals efficiently
- Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability
- Maintain and promote the company identity, values, and culture through the department’s presentation
- Propose solutions to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management and crisis management
- Cultural products knowledge
- Retail sales experience and customer service
- Sales target achievement and working under pressure
- Microsoft Office and ERP
- English language, communication skills, and negotiation skills
- Higher Education
