What you'll do
- Own and execute the SEO roadmap across technical, on-page and content dimensions
- Conduct and prioritise technical SEO audits addressing crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, and structured data
- Identify keyword and content opportunities, optimise existing landing pages and brief new content
- Perform competitor and keyword gap analysis to find untapped organic opportunities
- Collaborate with content and web development teams to brief, implement and QA SEO changes
- Monitor Google Search Console, GA4 and rank tracking tools to spot anomalies, drops and opportunities
- Build and maintain SEO briefs for key commercial periods such as Black Friday and Christmas
- Coordinate with marketing teams to ensure a cohesive SEO strategy
- Track and adapt to Google algorithm updates and changes in content surfacing
- Stay updated on Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) and AI search developments and adapt strategy accordingly
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- SEO execution including technical and content SEO
- Technical SEO audit skills including crawlability and indexing problem resolution
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog and SEO software tools like Ahrefs or Semrush
- Structured data/schema markup knowledge including Product, Review, FAQ and Breadcrumb schema
- Keyword research and content briefing skills
- E-commerce or retail SEO understanding including category page optimisation and crawl budget management
- Communication skills in Greek and English
- Basic HTML knowledge
- Awareness of AI search and GEO concepts
