junior inventory planner

As a Junior Inventory Planner you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability across stores and the e-commerce channel. The role involves analyzing sales and stock data, supporting replenishment planning, tracking key inventory KPIs, and collaborating closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement teams to maintain an efficient supply chain. 

Responsibilities: 

• Liaison between stores & central warehouse in order to organize and document a reverse logistics plan 

• Create orders so as to execute the agreed reverse plan  

• Coordinate the intra-warehouse & store-to-store stock movements 

• Administer stores' availability tickets 

• Collaborate closely with the commercial/warehouse/stores teams for effective problem solving 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field 

• Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role  

• Experience in the Retail industry will be considered an advantage 

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially of Microsoft Excel 

• Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral 

• Developed communication skills 

• Problem solving attitude 

• Drive & results orientation 

Desirable Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree 

• SAP user or other similar software system 

• Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams 

• Team spirit, undertaking of initiatives & innovative mindset
