What you'll do
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure product availability across stores and e-commerce
- Analyze sales and stock data to support replenishment planning

- Organize and document reverse logistics plans between stores and central warehouse

- Collaborate with commercial, warehouse, and stores teams for effective problem solving
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Microsoft Excel proficiency
- English language proficiency, written and oral
- Communication skills and problem solving attitude
- Coordination and teamwork abilities
- Replenishment planning and reverse logistics planning knowledge
- Experience with SAP or similar software
- Supply chain collaboration and stock movement coordination
- Order creation and ticket administration
- Business Administration / Finance / Any Field

About the job
As a Junior Inventory Planner you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing inventory levels to ensure product availability across stores and the e-commerce channel. The role involves analyzing sales and stock data, supporting replenishment planning, tracking key inventory KPIs, and collaborating closely with Commercial, Logistics, and Procurement teams to maintain an efficient supply chain.
Responsibilities:
Liaison between stores & central warehouse in order to organize and document a reverse logistics plan
Create orders so as to execute the agreed reverse plan
Coordinate the intra-warehouse & store-to-store stock movements
Administer stores' availability tickets
Collaborate closely with the commercial/warehouse/stores teams for effective problem solving
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field
Ideally 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
Experience in the Retail industry will be considered an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially of Microsoft Excel
Very good knowledge of the English language, both written and oral
Developed communication skills
Problem solving attitude
Drive & results orientation
Desirable Qualifications:
Master’s degree
SAP user or other similar software system
Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams
