What you'll do
- Ensure smooth overall store operation following company quality standards, procedures, and policies
- Lead and inspire the team for high performance, collaboration, and customer service
- Maintain active presence on the sales floor, guiding the team in real time and ensuring quality customer service
- Monitor performance indicators like Sales, KPIs, NPS, Conversion, and Attrition and create action plans
- Implement commercial strategies, promotional activities, and pricing policies to maximize profitability
- Control inventory management, merchandising, and overall customer experience in store
- Analyze reports using BI, Optishift, and HR Cloud tools to derive insights for decision making
- Collaborate closely with central departments such as Commercial, HR, Marketing, and Operations to implement corporate strategy
- Ensure compliance with health & safety policies, digital card use, and working hours
- Promote team participation in training and development plans, identifying talents and growth opportunities
- Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Represent the company in the local market, enhancing employer brand and community relationship
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Team Management and Emergency Management skills
- Operational Efficiency and Target Achievement within Deadlines
- Commercial Strategies and Product Promotion knowledge
- Inventory Management expertise
- Customer Service and Communication Skills
- Data Analysis abilities with BI, Optishift, HR Cloud
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems like SAP or Navision
- Technology Products Knowledge and Household Appliances Knowledge
- Fluent English Language
- Generalpreferred
