What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations according to quality standards, procedures and company policies
- Lead, guide and inspire the team to achieve strong performance, collaboration and customer service
- Oversee the shop floor, coach the team in real time and ensure prompt, high-quality customer service
- Monitor performance metrics and turn data into concrete action plans
- Implement commercial strategies, promotional activities and pricing policies to maximise profitability
- Manage inventory, merchandising and the overall in-store customer experience
- Analyse reports from available tools and use insights to support decision-making
- Work closely with central departments to implement company strategy at store level
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, digital time-card and scheduling policies
- Encourage team participation in training and development plans, identifying talent and growth opportunities
- Build a coaching, accountability and continuous-improvement culture
- Represent the company in the local market and strengthen its employer brand and community relationships
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Store management and team leadership
- Retail sales experience and technology product knowledge
- Crisis management and goal achievement
- Performance metrics analysis and commercial strategy implementation
- Inventory management and merchandising
- Microsoft Office, ERP, English language, communication and negotiation
- Higher Education
