What you'll do
- Support the Store Manager with overall store operations and coordinate duties when required.
- Coordinate Sales Lead roles and operational departments to ensure smooth store operations.
- Supervise the sales floor, guide the team in real time and ensure quality customer contact.
- Implement commercial plans, promotional activities and merchandising.
- Monitor sales, KPIs, conversion, average basket, NPS and stock accuracy, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Operations, HR, Marketing and Logistics teams on company initiatives.
- Support team management and development as a mentor and reference point.
- Contribute to new employee training and maintain high performance and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with store, safety, hygiene and operating procedures.
- Coordinate warehouse, cash desk and inventory procedures with the Store Operations Manager.
- Act as Store Manager when absent, ensuring operational continuity and leadership presence.
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Team leadership, team and department coordination, mentoring and new employee training.
- Store operations procedures, warehouse, cash desk and inventory management, and safety and hygiene procedures.
- Commercial activities, merchandising and KPIs.
- Cross-functional collaboration and customer service.
- Organizational skills and communication skills.
- English
