What you'll do
- Coordinate and communicate with vendors, suppliers, and warehouse about online order processing and completion
- Manage all orders delivered through suppliers
- Resolve order processing issues efficiently
- Communicate with Product Managers about delivery promises for On Demand Products
- Manage pre-orders
- Coordinate with Contact Center and Stores regarding product proposals to customers
- Collect, analyze data and prepare reports
- Perform immediate decision making for daily KPI optimization

About the job
We are looking for a Customer Orders Fulfillment Admin to support the smooth execution of online customer orders and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, stores, and internal teams. The role requires strong Excel, communication, and data analysis skills to monitor performance, resolve order issues, and improve daily KPIs. Previous experience in order fulfillment flows is required, while SAP knowledge will be considered a plus.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and communication with vendors / suppliers and the warehouse, regarding the process and the completion of the electronic orders
Management of all orders delivered thr suppliers
Solve order processing problems in the best way
Communication with Product Managers regarding the delivery promise for On Demand Products
Pre-orders management
Coordination with Contact Center and Stores regarding product proposals to customers
Collection - Data analysis and reporting
Data analysis and immediate decision making for daily optimization of KPIs
Requirements:
AEI or TEI degree
Previous related experience
Excellent knowledge of Excel (Analytical skills, Creating Reports)
Experience in online customer orders (Fulfillment flows)
Excellent communication skills
Data analysis and decision-making skills
Strong team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for the best result
Knowledge of SAP, is considered as a plus
