construction site supervisor

As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of store development projects on-site. Working closely with the design team, contractors, and external partners, you will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a key role within our Construction Department, requiring strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise on-site construction activities for new store openings, remodels, and renovations.

• Manage project schedules, ensuring timelines are met and delays are minimized.

• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost efficiency throughout the construction process.

• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure accurate execution of plans and specifications.

• Coordinate with external contractors, suppliers, and authorities to ensure smooth project implementation.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

• Prepare regular progress reports and proactively address any technical or operational issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Proven experience οf at least 3 years as a Site Supervisor, Construction Project Manager, or similar role in retail, commercial, or corporate construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical specifications.

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office; knowledge of project management software will be considered a plus.

• Ability to lead and coordinate multiple teams and external partners effectively.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
