What you'll do
- Develop integration points for the main Procureship platform
- Build and maintain tools to automate internal processes
- Use best software engineering practices
- Automate testing and deployment processes for high availability
- Facilitate communication between Business, Developers, and Clients
- Attend technical meetings to define correct integration specifications
- Organize, track, and maintain integrations with clients' systems
- Provide technical assistance to clients and business department
- Engage in subsystem design analysis and integrate with the overall system
- Define system specifications and compatibility requirements
- Code integration activities and perform branch integration
- Assist clients in testing integrated interfaces
Key requirements
- Proficient in Java and Spring Framework
- Experience with integrations and software connections including JSON, XML, APIs, and SFTP
- Strong software engineering practices
- Skills in testing and deployment automation
- Effective communication with clients and technical meeting facilitation
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Experience in subsystem design analysis and branch integration coding
- Software Engineeringpreferred

About the job
As our Software Engineer for Integrations & Internal Tools, you will be part of one of the most critical functions of our platform, which is Document Exchange between Shipping and Supplier Companies. You will be expected to work in a fast and competitive environment, take on responsibilities and collaborate effectively with the other members of the team. We are looking for a person who will be excited about the prospect of working for a pioneering technology company.
Requirements
The right candidate will have experience in building applications, including hands-on development using technologies such as Java, Spring Framework. The candidate should also be willing to take on a business role, communicating with clients both in Greece and abroad.
Knowledge or experience on integrations/software connections (JSON & XML files, APIs, SFTP)
Demonstration of a deep technical background and willingness to work hard and undertake technical challenges
Very diligent with high attention to detail and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational, operational & communication skills
Software Engineering background will be considered a strong plus
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Greek & English
Combination of high-level education and work experience will be considered positively
