Requirements
Excellent command of Greek and English
Tech-savvy, hard-working, and a team player
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent computer skills (especially Excel)
Ability to work well with large datasets
Excellent organizational and operational skills
Very diligent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day operations, including live chat, emails, and phone communication with clients
Manage and maintain large databases with accuracy and efficiency
Drive product sales through outreach and cold-calling to Greek and international clients
Provide after-sales support and deliver user training on-site when needed
Organize and execute operational tasks with maximum attention to detail
Develop an in-depth understanding of the product, market, and client needs
