The role of Retention Specialist is offered as a one-year fixed-term contract.
Your ‘day to day’ tasks:
Support the development and execution of retention strategies aligned with business objectives and consumer lifecycle stages.
Analyze consumer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Commercial Planning, Digital, Consumer Experience) to ensure seamless execution of retention programs.
Monitor KPIs such as retention rate, reactivation rate, and upgrade conversion, and propose optimizations.
Assist in preparing internal presentations showcasing retention impact
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in loyalty and retention.
Who we’re looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
2-3 years of experience in CRM, loyalty, or retention programs.
Experience in consumer electronics, FMCG, or subscription-based services preferred.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, CRM platforms).
Familiarity with segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
