What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, environment, and sustainability standards following PMI policies and legislation
- Check that materials and products meet quality standards and proactively collaborate with the quality team to prevent incidents and reduce non-conformities
- Operate equipment according to the daily production plan and participate in Daily Direction Setting for timely decisions and continuous performance improvement
- Monitor equipment status, perform basic adjustments as needed, and promptly inform the team of any issues affecting production flow
- Participate actively in initiatives to reduce delays, errors, and losses, proposing ideas and supporting daily process improvements
- Collaborate closely with the team, share critical information, and timely update company systems to ensure full product and process traceability
- Continuously develop skills and participate in training and professional development opportunities
Key requirements
- Technical training in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial Systems or related fields
- Professional rights to act as foreman/technical engineer according to applicable legislation
- Fulfilled military obligations where applicable
- Good command of the English language
- Experience in industrial equipment operation and production process management
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with a focus on safety, health, environment, and sustainability
- Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Automation / Industrial Systemspreferred
