About the job

The Manufacturing Quality Technician role supports production operations by ensuring compliance with quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. The role is responsible for quality inspections, non-conformance management, equipment maintenance and calibration, monitoring quality performance indicators, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives that optimize product quality and manufacturing processes.

 

Your ‘day to day’

  • Ensuring timely support for the production team keeping all relevant standards during the production process.

  • Coordination of sampling inspections.

  • Management of non-compliance of semi-finished and finished products and implementation of related corrective and preventive actions.

  • Equipment management (cleaning, calibration checks, periodic preventive maintenance, and calibration.

  • Monitoring of quality indicators.

  • Management of spare parts and consumables.

  • Participation in process and product optimization projects.

Important note: Our Factory in Aspropyrgos operates 24x7, the role includes Rotating Shifts, and the working schedule is 4 working days followed by 2 days off.

 

Who we’re looking for

  • Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering or any relevant field.

  • 1-2 years previous working experience in production, quality assurance or equivalent field will be considered a plus

  • Knowledge of relevant standards (ISO). Advanced knowledge of Quality tools, root cause analysis, knowledge of statistical tools.

  • Team working, time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Fluency in English (verbal & written communication)

  • Military Obligations completed (if applicable)
