- Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Related Fieldpreferred

About the job
Our 24-month cross-functional program is structured around three 8-month rotations. From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands-on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum, including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons, high challenges, and high support from mentors and senior leaders.
During your rotations, you could work in departments inside the Operations/Manufacturing function.

To be eligible for the Future in Progress Graduate program, you should have:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
A maximum of 3-years of post-graduation work experience.
Capacity to set priorities and solve complex problems occurring in production or any other operations area.
Ability to analyze large datasets and draw accurate conclusions.
Proficient use of MS Excel will be an advantage.
Proficiency in English and Greek language.
Legal right to work in Greece (without sponsorship) and willingness to relocate abroad.
Valid driver’s license.
Agility and adaptability in a dynamic market.
Initiative and courage to experiment.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
