Complete responsibility for gross development.
- Customer Service Delivery.
- Collection for all individual accounts.
- Sell all authorized product packages and promotions.
- Sell in new accounts.
- Obtain best-selling position in the account.
- Install racks and other materials.
- Solicit new opportunities and source “Promoter” support against these.
- Manage stock level to ensure continuous freshness and availability.
- Fill and rotate all shelves, displays, racks and equipment to Company standards.
- Utilize POP material.
- Accounts serviced as scheduled.
- Ensure safe vehicle operation.
- Manage collection payment and daily van stocks control.
- Maintain records including scoreboard, cards, reports etc.
- Follow the warehouse process.
- Record accurate Route and Execution KPI’s on the Scoreboard.
- Participate in problem solving method.
- New Clients.
Qualifications
We'll teach you what you need to know, but we do have a few minimum requirements:
- Build Win-Win Relationships
- Effective Communication
- Strong passion for sales
- Typically has a Bachelor’s Degree in any field (highly desired)
- Sales and Distribution background/experience
- Industry Knowledge preferred
- English linguistic skills
- C Category Driving License
