Responsibilities

  • Deliver an optimized cross-site manufacturing supply plan and manage the sites schedule alignment to this plan in order to maintain the target stock holding of all SKU’s, ensure delivery of the portfolio segmented service target

  • Creating infinite capacity plan (week 2 to 16 weeks)

  • Creating constrained capacity production plan

  • Support NPD launches & phase in/phase out changes by ensuring supply planning systems are set up in advance

  • Effectively communicate supply plan to Supply chain and Commercial stakeholders. Proactive weekly communication of Finished Goods projected shortages and actions to mitigate.

  • Liaising with suppliers and external stakeholders and ensure a strong collaboration.

  • Active involvement in Finished Goods Freshness Risks and actions to mitigate.

  • Support the GRCY iS&OP process by providing timely input and insights to the in scope iS&OP Meetings

Qualifications

  • 5 years of supply chain planning experience

  • Self-motivated, proactive, focused and willing to succeed

  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders

  • PC literate, MS Office Knowledge above medium user

  • Excellent English

  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail, able to interrogate data and produce detailed outputs

  • Planning – thinking skills, highly numerate with the ability to make decisions and judgements, the ability to work in a changing environment
