About the job
We are currently looking for a Loss Prevention Specialist to join our fantastic team!
***Permanent residency in Athens is a prerequisite for this position
As a Loss Prevention Specialist you will be responsible for:
preparation and realization of inventories in stores according to internal procedures
training store staff regarding inventory rules and actions aimed for reducing inventory losses
complying with company inventory standards
stock status reporting
supervising the activity of employees who participate in the inventory
We are looking for a person who has:
at least 2 years of experience in retail
a very good capacity for planning and organizing his own work and the work of the entire team
the ability to plan and achieve medium- and long-term objectives
the ability to make decisions
successfully led teams of people
results orientation
availability for business trips
a driving license
very good knowledge of English
