What you'll do
- Conduct legal research on legislation, regulatory frameworks, and case law and prepare summaries
- Review, draft, edit, proofread, and translate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
- Support trial preparation including drafting legal correspondence and handling filings
- Track and manage assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using office tools
- Assist in presenting legal updates and contributing to due diligence processes
- Support the development of internal policies and procedures
- Advise on legal, regulatory, and ethical aspects of AI systems including data protection and automated decision-making

About the job
As a Trainee Lawyer your tasks will include the following:
Conduct legal research on legislation, regulatory frameworks, and case law, and prepare clear, concise summaries for the legal team
Review, draft, edit, proofread, and translate a wide range of legal documents and agreements
Support trial preparation, including drafting legal correspondence and handling filings with courts, authorities, and public bodies
Track and manage assigned tasks and deadlines to ensure timely delivery
Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials using various office tools
Assist in presenting legal updates, contributing to due diligence processes, and supporting the development of internal policies and procedures
Advise on legal, regulatory and ethical aspects of AI systems, including data protection, automated decision-making and risk classification.
What we look for:Bachelor Degree in Law; an LL.M. from a renowned law school would be considered a plus
Qualified in Greece as a trainee lawyer.
0-1 year post-qualification experience required
Sound knowledge of Greek commercial law (including corporate and intellectual property law); knowledge of employment law would be considered a plus
Excellent command of the English language (oral & written) (C2 level certification desired, or certificate would be a plus)
Advanced computer literacy is required. ECDL Advance level certification is desirable
Familiarity with AI tools and technologies (including generative AI), and understanding of their legal, regulatory and ethical implications in a business environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to assist the legal team to effectively advise management and employees on legal matters with good business acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
Ability to prioritize tasks, ensuring compliance with deadlines.
Excellent organization and ability to balance multiple priorities appropriately
