What you'll do
- Lead the People Analytics function and define the roadmap for workforce reporting and data-driven decision-making

- Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and quality
- Lead or contribute to HR system improvements, platform enhancements, and process optimisation initiatives
- Establish strong HR data governance practices to ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements
- Stay updated with emerging trends in People Analytics, AI-enabled insights, and digital HR solutions
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- People Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HR Reporting, and HRIS expertise
- Proficiency with Data Visualisation Tools such as Power BI and Excel
- Strong skills in HR Data Governance, process optimisation, and data modelling
- Experience with Compensation and Benefits Analytics and Talent Analytics
- Business Partnering capabilities with communication and presentation skills
- Problem Solving abilities and knowledge of AI-enabled Insights
- Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Data Analytics / Statistics / Information Systems / Computer Science / Mathematicspreferred

PeopleCert is looking for an experienced People Analytics Lead to lead the development of data-driven people insights across the Group. The role will be responsible for shaping the People Analytics agenda, strengthening HR reporting and workforce insights, and ensuring that people data, systems and reporting platforms enable better decision-making across the employee lifecycle.
This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with People & Culture leadership, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Finance and business stakeholders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights, actionable recommendations and scalable reporting solutions.
As People Analytics Lead, your responsibilities will include:
Leading the People Analytics function and defining the roadmap for workforce reporting, HR dashboards, people metrics and data-driven decision-making across the Group.
Developing and maintaining executive-level dashboards, reports and KPIs covering headcount, turnover, retention, recruitment, employee engagement, diversity, absenteeism, internal mobility, workforce productivity and organisational effectiveness.
Acting as the subject matter expert for HR data, ensuring data integrity, consistency, accuracy, governance and effective use across HR systems and reporting platforms.
Owning and continuously improving the HR reporting infrastructure, ensuring that data from HRIS, ATS, performance management, learning and employee engagement platforms is reliable, accessible and effectively used.
Partnering with People & Culture teams and business leaders to understand reporting needs, translate business questions into analytical solutions and provide insights that support strategic workforce decisions.
Designing and delivering senior leadership reports and presentations, translating complex datasets into clear business insights, trends and recommendations.
Building predictive and trend analyses related to attrition, hiring demand, workforce capacity, talent pipelines, employee lifecycle trends and organisational growth.
Supporting compensation, benefits and reward analytics, including benchmarking, pay equity analysis and workforce cost reporting.
Identifying and implementing automation opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, reduce manual work and enhance the quality, consistency and timeliness of HR insights.
Leading or contributing to HR system improvements, platform enhancements, integrations, upgrades and process optimisation initiatives, ensuring that technology supports the evolving needs of the People & Culture function.
Establishing strong HR data governance practices, ensuring compliance with privacy, security and regulatory requirements, as well as internal policies.
Staying up to date with emerging trends in People Analytics, workforce intelligence, AI-enabled insights and digital HR solutions, recommending practical innovations that create business value.
What we are looking for:
8+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, HRIS, HR reporting or a related analytical HR role.
Proven experience leading or significantly contributing to People Analytics, HR reporting or HR systems improvement initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field. A postgraduate qualification would be considered an advantage.
Strong hands-on experience with HRIS and HR platforms.
Advanced reporting and analytics capability using Excel, Power BI or similar data visualisation tools.
Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce planning, employee lifecycle analytics, organisational effectiveness and people data governance.
Experience working with large datasets, data modelling and the integration of data from multiple HR platforms.
Strong business partnering skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex data into clear, practical recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
Experience in fast-paced, international and technology-enabled environments would be considered an asset.
