What you'll do
- Design, develop, and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and business logic within Dynamics 365 CE
- Build and maintain Custom APIs and custom service endpoints to support integration scenarios
- Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365 CRM and external systems using Azure services
- Implement solutions across Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Collaborate with solution architects and functional consultants to translate functional designs into technical specifications
- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of custom code and integrations
- Support data migration activities
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and coding standards
- Support UAT, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization activities
- Maintain technical documentation for custom components and integrations
- Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure developments and recommend improvements
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE and Power Platform skills including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Custom plugin and workflow development for Dynamics 365 CE using Dynamics 365 CE SDK
- Development of Custom APIs and custom service endpoints
- Azure services experience including Azure Functions, Logic Apps, and Service Bus for CRM integrations
- C# and JavaScript development skills
- Azure DevOps and ALM for Dynamics 365
- Debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Dynamics 365 security roles, business units, and access management
- Agile delivery methodologies
