What you'll do
- Use product features and styling details to support sales and stay informed about new launches
- Understand customer needs and provide the best possible in-store experience
- Use available online and offline sales channels and tools
- Contribute to and continuously track individual and store sales targets
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Collect customer feedback through relevant qualitative surveys
- Handle customer service issues, including complaints and returns, professionally
- Obtain key information needed for daily work, including priorities, targets, and company updates
- Help organize and maintain a clean, orderly store and back office
- Check delivered products and organize them for display
- Participate in inventory checks and internal stocktaking
- Support the store’s Visual merchandising activities
- Maintain confidentiality of company, team, and customer information
- Support company sustainability choices by reducing environmental impact and waste
- Take shared responsibility for your training and ongoing development with the Store Manager

- Store organization, Inventory control & Visual merchandising
- Sustainability practices
- MS Office, Computer skills, Greek language & English language

- The company offers a monthly salary of €880 for 30-hour employment, proportionally adjusted for 20-hour work, and a team performance bonus of up to 20%.
