What you'll do
- Provide excellent customer service and help customers choose jewelry that reflects their personality
- Understand product features and communicate technical and styling details
- Participate in sales activities using online and offline sales channels
- Contribute to and continuously monitor individual and store sales targets
- Maintain consistently high customer service standards
- Gather customer feedback through available qualitative surveys
- Handle customer service issues, including complaints, returns, and individual orders
- Obtain essential daily work information, including priorities, targets, and company updates
- Keep the store and back office clean and organized
- Check delivered products and organize them for display
- Participate in inventory checks and internal stocktaking
- Participate in the store’s visual merchandising activities
- Keep company, team, and customer information confidential
- Support company sustainability initiatives and waste-reduction measures
- Take shared responsibility for your training and ongoing updates with the Store Manager’s support
Key requirements
- Customer service and complaints and returns management
- Sales and online and offline sales channels
- Visual merchandising and inventory management
- MS Office
- Greek language and English language

Benefits
- Monthly salary of €880 for 30-hour employment, proportionally adjusted for 20-hour work.
