We are seeking an experienced and motivated Recruiter to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a confident professional who is comfortable managing the full recruitment lifecycle and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Working Schedule

• 4 days per week

• 4–5 hours per day

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes

• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates

• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate fit

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and pipelines
  

Candidate Profile

• Previous recruitment experience in a relevant field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Confident, professional, and results-oriented approach

• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

• No formal degree required; practical experience is essential

Work Arrangement

• On-site or hybrid initially

• Remote work option available based on performance and results

Compensation

• €1,200 net per month
