Your role as a Senior Veterinarian
As a Senior Veterinarian you will be responsible for the well-being of our beloved pets. With your promptitude and medical knowledge, you will provide our patients with high-quality veterinarian care services so every pet parent can trust us for their pets’ health. Your responsibility, patience, educational knowledge, ability to perform routine operations, and, of course, your love for pets will make you stand out in this role!
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining patients’ medical records
- Assessing and examining patients and diagnosing any medical issues
- Performing routine surgeries
- Promoting preventative care by advocating and administering routine vaccinations, and by educating clients on positive diet and lifestyle choices for pets
- Ensuring compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statutes, policies, and procedures
Job Requirements
- Doctor of veterinary medicine degree
- Appropriate state license
- At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, and, especially, in performing routine operations
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Agility, flexibility, accountability, and ability to work in a team
- Time management and organizational skills
- Strong affinity for animals
- Excellent communication skills
