What you'll do
- Welcome and assist customers courteously, responsibly and with genuine attention to their needs
- Advise customers on food, health and care products for small animals, fish, rodents and birds
- Maintain and care for aquatic animals, birds and rodents
- Stay informed about new products, trends and animal needs
- Contribute to daily store sales, cash register, stock receiving, warehouse organization and cleaning
Key requirements
- Pet care knowledge and care and maintenance of aquatic animals, birds and rodents
- Customer service and Sales
- Product advice
- Cash register operations and Stock receiving and inventory
- Basic English and Basic computer skills
- Animal Production / Veterinary Technology / Biologypreferred
