What you'll do
- Welcome, inform and guide customers toward the best purchase choice
- Drive sales and provide after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Check store stock and replenish it when needed
- Process orders, receive deliveries, and organize the warehouse and store’s central area
- Receive and check orders
- Operate the cash register
Key requirements
- Customer service orientation and customer guidance
- Sales and after-sales service
- Communication
- Basic English knowledge and basic computer skills
- Cash register operation
- Order management, order receiving and checking, inventory management, and warehouse organization
