What you'll do
- Welcome, inform and guide customers toward the best purchase choice
- Handle sales and after-sales service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Check store inventory and replenish stock when necessary
- Process orders, receive deliveries, and organize the warehouse and central store area
- Receive and check orders
- Operate the cash register
Key requirements
- Sales, customer service and customer guidance
- Communication and a pleasant customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of English and basic computer literacy
- Inventory control and order processing
- Warehouse organization and cash register operation
