What you'll do
- Operate, administer, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail environments
- Document and analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate across departments to support effective system usage
- Monitor the application implementation roadmap, deliverables, timelines, and budget
- Take over Business Central operations from the implementation partner, including knowledge transfer and open-item closure
- Provide first-line functional support and troubleshooting for finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and related modules
- Manage user roles, permission sets, and periodic access reviews
- Gather business requirements, write functional specifications, and validate partner-delivered customizations through UAT
- Maintain operational documentation, user guides, and internal training materials
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Dynamics 365 Business Central and Enterprise Applications
- Business process analysis covering finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, and order management
- Requirements gathering, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing
- User and permission administration, functional support and troubleshooting
- Stakeholder communication and coordination with external partners
- Project management and release cycle management
