In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the category team. By understanding the needs of pets, conducting market research, and analyzing data, you will help manage stock levels, orders, and supplier relationships to ensure that the best products are selected to fit our beloved pets’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Stock & Orders Management: Monitor and ensure stock availability; prepare and execute purchase orders.
• Pricing & Invoicing Support: Handle pricing differences, communicate with the Finance Department, and manage cost analysis and invoices.
• New SKU Creation: Manage the creation of new product SKUs and enter pricing data.
• Repricing Implementation: Conduct repricing activities and maintain proper records.
• Promos Setup: Assist in setting up promotional data and strategies.
• Warehouse Collaboration: Communicate with the warehouse team and monitor new deliveries.
• Operational Support: Address quality issues, manage daily emails, and provide first-level operational support.
• Product Lifecycle Communication: Prepare and communicate product listings, delistings, and back-in-stock updates.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Maintain effective communication with other departments.
• Catalog Data Update: Support the setup and maintenance of product catalog data.
• Category Performance Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales, competition, and market trends to optimize category performance.
• Data Insights Utilization: Leverage data insights to support decision-making in product selection, pricing strategies, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or Marketing.
• At least 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
• Ability to monitor and analyze weekly sales and inventory stock through company reports.
• Excellent understanding of the Retail or Pet Retail Market. Knowledge of pet products is a plus.
• Competency in English (written and oral).
• Advanced Excel skills and strong comfort working with large datasets.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Curiosity to learn and grow.
