What you'll do
- Enter supplier invoices into the ERP in line with Local Accounting Standards and International Accounting Standards
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and correct discrepancies
- Reconcile customer and supplier balances
- Process payments and financial documents accurately and on time
- Support annual budget preparation and Cash flow projections
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key requirements
- Basic accounting principles
- MS Office and Microsoft Excel
- ERP software
- General ledger reconciliation and customer-supplier balance reconciliation
- Invoice processing, payment processing and financial document processing
- Budget preparation, cash flow projections, Local Accounting Standards, International Accounting Standards and English
- Finance / Accounting / Any Fieldpreferred
