About the job

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving growth in the Service business (O Business) by acquiring new customers and re-engaging former Otis clients who previously canceled their contracts. This role focuses on identifying opportunities, building strong relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring sustainable business development and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers to secure elevator maintenance contracts, focusing on both new clients and former Otis customers.

  • Leverage deep knowledge of Otis Service Business to collaborate with branch teams and deliver optimal solutions that maximize value for the company. While the primary focus is maintenance, explore opportunities for modernization (MOD), repair (T), and BEX R business when relevant.

  • Understand maintenance services, strategies, and procedures, including contract structures, competitive advantages, CRM tools, RTV processes, and market competitors.

  • Independently make decisions and close deals in alignment with company policies and guidelines.

  • Generate, manage, and track leads, ensuring accurate planning and forecasting of recapture opportunities.

  • Demonstrate and role-model commitment to Otis Absolutes in all actions, decisions, and the work environment created for the team.

  • Collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Fluent in Greek and proficient in English.

  • Solid commercial acumen with a deep understanding of business dynamics

  • Strong customer orientation with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven negotiation skills with a strong orientation toward closing deals

  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives

  • Ability to plan, organize, and track commercial activities effectively
